Make the Small Specific, and the Specific Universal

In the scene we explored last week, the disagreement is about a vacation, a seemingly small, everyday issue. But by the end, it's clear this scene is not about the vacation at all. It's about compatibility, communication, and whether two people truly belong together.

This week let’s explore why this matters and I have an exercise for you to try in your own writing to make small everyday issues a way to develop your character and connect with your audience.
